Liver Renew
From time to time Nation Health MD submits to its clientele surveys regarding their experience with Nation Health MD products, specifically the Liver Renew. Nation Health MD emails every purchaser of its product and asks them to participate in a survey related to the products they have purchased. The surveys are conducted with a view toward determining the average or “typical” results of a purchaser of the products that Nation Health MD produces.
Not all customers respond to the surveys. Even among those customers who do respond to Nation Health MD’s survey requests, such customers may not respond to every question.
The results of the most recent survey, conducted in December 2024 and January 2025, are summarized below. Please note that numbers are rounded to the nearest whole number percentage. In this case, 205 customers responded to the survey, and not all customers completed the full survey. The customers who responded to the survey include purchasers of the Liver Renew product who have been using it for more than 12 weeks.
60% (123/205) of the customers responding to the survey have been using the Liver Renew for more than 12 weeks. 10.73% (22/205) have been using it for just 12 weeks; and 8.78% (18/205) have been using it for 8 weeks or more and 17.56% (36/205) have been using it for 4-7 weeks.
48.78% (100/205) of customers responding to the survey say that compared to other liver health products they’ve tried, Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew is much better. 28.29% (58/205) say that Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew is about the same as others they have tried. 15.12% (31/205) say that they have not tried other liver health products.
87.8% (180/205) of customers responding to the survey say that since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew, they have noticed increased energy levels. 7.32% (15/205) said that they had not noticed increased energy levels; 4.88% (10/205) said that they were not sure.
58.54% (120/205) of customers responding to the survey say that they have experienced better weight management since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 21.95% (45/205) said that they were not sure about experiencing better weight management; 19.51% (40/205) said that they have not experienced better weight management since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew.
47.9% of customers responding to the survey say that they saw a 0-5 lbs. weight change distribution since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 37.2% of customers responding to the survey say that they saw a 6-10 lbs. weight change distribution since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 7.4% of customers responding to the survey say that they saw a 11-20 lbs. weight change distribution since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 7.4% of customers responding to the survey say that they saw more than 20 lbs. weight change distribution since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew.
73.17% (150/205) of customers responding to the survey say that they have noticed improvements in their digestion since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 20.49% (42/205) said that they were not sure about noticing improvements in their digestion; 6.34% (13/205) said that they have not noticed improvements in their digestion since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew.
46.34% (95/205) of customers responding to the survey say that they have experienced changes in their bowel movements since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 23.41% (48/205) said that they were not sure about whether they had experienced any changes in their bowel movements; 29.76% (61/205) said that they have not experienced changes in their bowel movements since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew.
41.46% (85/205) of customers responding to the survey say that they have noticed reduced swelling in their legs, ankles, or abdomen since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 33.17% (68/205) said that they were not sure, while 25.37% (52/205) said that they have not noticed any reduction in swelling.
36.59% (75/205) of customers responding to the survey say that they have observed improvements in their skin condition since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 39.02% (80/205) said that they were not sure, while 24.39% (50/205) said that they have not noticed any improvements in their skin.
79.02% (162/205) of customers responding to the survey say that they have noticed an improvement in their overall well-being since starting to use Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew. 13.66% (28/205) said that they were not sure, while 7.32% (15/205) said that they have not noticed any improvement in their well-being.
89.27% (184/205) said that they would recommend Nation Health MD’s Liver Renew to family and friends.

The results of the most recent survey are summarized below. Please note that numbers are rounded to the nearest whole number percentage. In this case, 252 customers responded to the survey, and not all customers completed the full survey. The customers who responded to the survey include purchasers of the Lymph MD product who have been using it for more than 12 weeks.
36.90% (93/252) of respondents have been using the product for over 12 weeks. Additionally, 13.89% (35/252) have been using it for exactly 12 weeks; 19.05% (48/252) for 8 weeks; and 30.16% (76/252) for 4 weeks.
67.46% (170/252) of participants identified as female, while 32.14% (81/252) identified as male, and 0.40% (1/252) as other.
88.10% (222/252) of respondents are aged 61 years or older. Of the remaining, 9.13% (23/252) are between 46–60, 2.38% (6/252) are between 31–45, and 0.40% (1/252) is between 18–30.
53.97% (136/252) of respondents have not tried other similar products. Meanwhile, 21.43% (54/252) believe Nation Health MD’s Lymph MD is significantly better than others they’ve used, 11.90% (30/252) see it as somewhat better, and 9.92% (25/252) consider it comparable. Less favorable ratings include 2.38% (6/252) saying it’s much worse, and 0.40% (1/252) saying somewhat worse.
64.68% (163/252) of responders report experiencing less swelling since starting Lymph MD. Conversely, 23.41% (59/252) have not noticed changes in swelling, and 11.90% (30/252) are unsure.
23.02% (58/252) report better weight management, while 21.03% (53/252) are uncertain about weight changes. Over half, 55.95% (141/252), indicate no improvement in this area.
17.86% (45/252) have seen a positive change in cellulite appearance. About a third, 35.32% (89/252), are unsure, and 46.83% (118/252) have not noticed any difference.
42.86% (21/49) of respondents feel their skin appearance has improved since using Lymph MD. Meanwhile, 22.45% (11/49) are undecided, and 34.69% (17/49) have not observed any change.
29.76% (75/252) report increased energy levels. Conversely, 21.43% (54/252) are unsure, and 48.81% (123/252) have not experienced higher energy.
15.96% (15/94) indicate improved immune function, while 17.02% (16/94) say they have not noticed any benefits. Additionally, 19.15% (18/94) are uncertain, and 26.60% (25/94) report no change.
47.62% (120/252) feel an overall improvement in well-being since starting Lymph MD. However, 21.43% (54/252) are unsure, and 30.95% (78/252) have not noticed any difference.
46.94% (23/49) say they have experienced a more balanced appetite or fewer cravings. On the other hand, 30.61% (15/49) report no change, and 22.45% (11/49) are uncertain.
31.75% (80/252) perceive better sleep quality. Meanwhile, 26.59% (67/252) are unsure, and 41.67% (105/252) have not observed improvements.
26.19% (66/252) report reduced stress levels. Conversely, 29.76% (75/252) are uncertain, and 44.05% (111/252) have not experienced a change.
38.49% (97/252) have noticed improved circulation, such as fewer cold feet or pins and needles. Meanwhile, 24.60% (62/252) are unsure, and 36.90% (93/252) report no benefit.
38.89% (98/252) say they’ve experienced less pain since using Lymph MD. However, 23.41% (59/252) are unsure, and 37.70% (95/252) have not noticed a reduction in pain.
22.45% (11/49) report more balanced cholesterol levels, while 18.37% (9/49) say they have not, and 59.18% (29/49) are uncertain.
Finally, 59.52% (150/252) of respondents would recommend Nation Health MD’s Lymph MD to family and friends. Meanwhile, 27.78% (70/252) are unsure, and 12.70% (32/252) would not recommend it.

65.62% (84/128) of customers responding to the survey had been using Bare Feet for more than 12 weeks. 13.28% (17/128) had been using it for 12 weeks; 7.81% (10/128) for 8 weeks; and 13.28% (17/128) for 4 weeks.
49.22% (63/128) of customers responding to the survey identified as female, while 50.78% (65/128) identified as male.
72.66% (93/128) of customers responding to the survey are aged 61 or older. 20.31% (26/128) are aged 46–60, 6.25% (8/128) are aged 31–45, and 0.78% (1/128) are aged 18–30.
42.19% (54/128) of customers responding to the survey said that, compared with other fungal focused products they had tried, Bare Feet was much better. 17.19% (22/128) said it was somewhat better, 22.66% (29/128) said it was about the same, 3.12% (4/128) said it was much worse, and 14.84% (19/128) said they had not tried other products.
64.06% (82/128) of customers responding to the survey said they would recommend Bare Feet to family and friends. 25% (32/128) said they were not sure, while 10.94% (14/128) said they would not recommend it.
52.34% (67/128) of customers responding to the survey said they felt more confident walking barefoot after starting Bare Feet. 20.31% (26/128) said they were not sure, while 27.34% (35/128) said they did not feel more confident.
75.78% (97/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in nail strength or reduced brittleness. This included 30.47% (39/128) reporting slight improvement, 22.66% (29/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 22.66% (29/128) reporting significant improvement. 16.41% (21/128) reported no improvement, while 7.81% (10/128) said they were not sure.
69.53% (89/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in faster nail growth. This included 29.69% (38/128) reporting slight improvement, 25.78% (33/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 14.06% (18/128) reporting significant improvement. 17.97% (23/128) reported no improvement, while 12.5% (16/128) said they were not sure.
73.44% (94/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in nail color or reduced yellowness. This included 23.44% (30/128) reporting slight improvement, 19.53% (25/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 30.47% (39/128) reporting significant improvement. 21.09% (27/128) reported no improvement, while 5.47% (7/128) said they were not sure.
69.53% (89/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in a more even or visibly smoother nail surface. This included 22.66% (29/128) reporting slight improvement, 20.31% (26/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 26.56% (34/128) reporting significant improvement. 26.56% (34/128) reported no improvement, while 3.91% (5/128) said they were not sure.
67.97% (87/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in discomfort or pain in the affected nail or nails. This included 15.62% (20/128) reporting slight improvement, 28.12% (36/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 24.22% (31/128) reporting significant improvement. 18.75% (24/128) reported no improvement, while 13.28% (17/128) said they were not sure.
82.03% (105/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in overall nail appearance. This included 30.47% (39/128) reporting slight improvement, 23.44% (30/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 28.12% (36/128) reporting significant improvement. 14.06% (18/128) reported no improvement, while 3.91% (5/128) said they were not sure.
46.88% (60/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in itching and rash. This included 11.72% (15/128) reporting slight improvement, 16.41% (21/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 18.75% (24/128) reporting significant improvement. 23.44% (30/128) reported no improvement, while 29.69% (38/128) said they were not sure.
48.44% (62/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in burning sensation. This included 9.38% (12/128) reporting slight improvement, 17.19% (22/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 21.88% (28/128) reporting significant improvement. 21.88% (28/128) reported no improvement, while 29.69% (38/128) said they were not sure.
57.03% (73/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in cracked skin. This included 16.41% (21/128) reporting slight improvement, 17.19% (22/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 23.44% (30/128) reporting significant improvement. 21.88% (28/128) reported no improvement, while 21.09% (27/128) said they were not sure.
50.78% (65/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in odor. This included 15.62% (20/128) reporting slight improvement, 14.06% (18/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 21.09% (27/128) reporting significant improvement. 19.53% (25/128) reported no improvement, while 29.69% (38/128) said they were not sure.
60.16% (77/128) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in overall skin health. This included 14.06% (18/128) reporting slight improvement, 21.09% (27/128) reporting moderate improvement, and 25% (32/128) reporting significant improvement. 18.75% (24/128) reported no improvement, while 21.09% (27/128) said they were not sure.
18.75% (24/128) of customers responding to the survey said they noticed changes in areas beyond toenail health while using Bare Feet. 26.56% (34/128) said they were not sure, while 54.69% (70/128) said they did not notice other changes. Optional selected or written responses referred to smoother heels, groin-area issues, vaginal yeast-related issues, scalp irritation, joint discomfort, digestive or gastrointestinal issues, skin irritation, and another skin concern. These were self-reported observations and do not establish that Bare Feet caused the reported changes.

The surveys are conducted with a view toward determining the average or “typical” results of a purchaser of the products that Nation Health MD produces.

The results of the most recent survey, conducted in August 2026, are summarized below. Responses included in the data were submitted between August 12 and August 25, 2026. Please note that numbers are rounded to the nearest whole number percentage. In this case, 80 customers responded to the survey, and not all customers completed the full survey. The customers who responded to the survey include purchasers of the Hair Switch product who have been using it for more than 12 weeks.
58.75% (47/80) of customers responding to the survey reported using Hair Switch for more than 12 weeks. 13.75% (11/80) reported using it for 12 weeks, 15% (12/80) for 8 weeks, and 12.5% (10/80) for 4 weeks.
62.5% (50/80) of customers responding to the survey identified as female, while 37.5% (30/80) identified as male.
85% (68/80) of customers responding to the survey were aged 61 years or older. 11.25% (9/80) were aged 46–60, and 3.75% (3/80) were aged 31–45.
27.5% (22/80) of customers responding to the survey said that, compared with other hair products they had tried, Nation Health MD Hair Switch was much better. 27.5% (22/80) said it was somewhat better, 22.5% (18/80) said it was about the same, 2.5% (2/80) said it was much worse, and 20% (16/80) said they had not tried other hair products.
53.75% (43/80) of customers responding to the survey said they would recommend Nation Health MD Hair Switch to family and friends. 32.5% (26/80) said they were not sure, while 13.75% (11/80) said they would not recommend it.
73.75% (59/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in reduced hair fall-out, such as less hair in the shower or hairbrush. This included 25% (20/80) reporting slight improvement, 23.75% (19/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 25% (20/80) reporting significant improvement. 20% (16/80) reported no improvement, while 6.25% (5/80) said they were not sure.
62.5% (50/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in seeing more baby hair. This included 23.75% (19/80) reporting slight improvement, 15% (12/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 23.75% (19/80) reporting significant improvement. 22.5% (18/80) reported no improvement, while 15% (12/80) said they were not sure.
65% (52/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in faster hair growth, including thicker or fuller hair. This included 23.75% (19/80) reporting slight improvement, 17.5% (14/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 23.75% (19/80) reporting significant improvement. 26.25% (21/80) reported no improvement, while 8.75% (7/80) said they were not sure.
62.5% (50/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in bald or thinning areas. This included 28.75% (23/80) reporting slight improvement, 11.25% (9/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 22.5% (18/80) reporting significant improvement. 23.75% (19/80) reported no improvement, while 13.75% (11/80) said they were not sure.

This included 22.5% (18/80) reporting slight improvement, 25% (20/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 17.5% (14/80) reporting significant improvement. 21.25% (17/80) reported no improvement, while 13.75% (11/80) said they were not sure.
62.5% (50/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in reduced hair breakage. This included 21.25% (17/80) reporting slight improvement, 25% (20/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 16.25% (13/80) reporting significant improvement. 23.75% (19/80) reported no improvement, while 13.75% (11/80) said they were not sure.
46.25% (37/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in dandruff. This included 10% (8/80) reporting slight improvement, 8.75% (7/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 27.5% (22/80) reporting significant improvement. 28.75% (23/80) reported no improvement, while 25% (20/80) said they were not sure.
57.5% (46/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in scalp health, such as less irritation or itchiness. This included 13.75% (11/80) reporting slight improvement, 20% (16/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 23.75% (19/80) reporting significant improvement. 27.5% (22/80) reported no improvement, while 15% (12/80) said they were not sure.
42.5% (34/80) of customers responding to the survey reported at least some improvement in experiencing fewer new gray hairs. This included 18.75% (15/80) reporting slight improvement, 11.25% (9/80) reporting moderate improvement, and 12.5% (10/80) reporting significant improvement. 36.25% (29/80) reported no improvement, while 21.25% (17/80) said they were not sure.
